Boomer’s Sportsbook – 12 Days of Christmas Official Terms & Conditions (“Rules”)

PROMOTION PERIOD 

The Promotion begins on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. and ends on
Monday, December 22, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (“Promotion Period”). All times referenced are Nevada Time. 

ELIGIBILITY 

1. To be eligible, all participants must be 21 years of age or older.
2. By entering, participants agree to abide by Boomer’s Sportsbook’s Official Promotional Rules, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

HOW TO ENTER 

• Participants must opt-in via the Promotions tab located in “My Profile” within the Boomer’s Sportsbook Mobile App. 
• Wagers placed before opting in will not qualify. 
• Participants will earn credit toward Bonus Bet Reward tiers by placing a Qualifying Wager on any day during the Promotion Period. 
• A Qualifying Wager is defined as one (1) wager totaling at least twenty dollars ($20) OR multiple wagers totaling at least twenty dollars ($20) placed on any sport. 
• A ‘Qualifying Day’ is defined as any calendar day during the Promotion Period (Nevada Time) in which a participant places at least one (1) Qualifying Wager. Participants may earn only one (1) Qualifying Day per calendar day, regardless of wagering volume. Qualifying Wagers must settle during the Promotion Period to count toward a Qualifying Day. 
• There is no minimum odds requirement for a Qualifying Wager. 
• Wagers placed using free bets, bonus bets, or reward points do not qualify toward earning a qualifying day. 
• Qualifying days do not need to be consecutive; however, to earn the 12-day reward tier, participants must place a Qualifying Wager on all twelve (12) days during the Promotion Period. 
• No promotional code is required.

HOW THE OFFER WORKS 

Participants will earn one (1) qualifying day for each day in which they place a Qualifying Wager. Bonus Bet vouchers will be awarded according to the tier reached: 

• Participants who place a Qualifying Wager on three (3) – five (5) days during the Promotion Period will receive a five-dollar ($5) Bonus Bet voucher. 
• Participants who place a Qualifying Wager on six (6) – eight (8) days during the Promotion Period will receive a ten-dollar ($10) Bonus Bet voucher. 
• Participants who place a Qualifying Wager on nine (9) – eleven (11) days during the Promotion Period will receive a fifteen-dollar ($15) Bonus Bet voucher. 
• Participants who place a Qualifying Wager on all twelve (12) days during the Promotion Period will receive a twenty-five-dollar ($25) Bonus Bet voucher, which is the maximum reward available. 

BONUS BET VOUCHER RULES 

• Participants will receive the Bonus Bet voucher corresponding only to the highest reward tier achieved during the Promotion Period. 
• A $5 Bonus Bet voucher is for one-time use and may not be split, divided, or allocated across multiple wagers. 
• Bonus Bet voucher of $10, $15, or $25 may be divided and used across multiple wagers, provided that each individual wager funded as a whole or in part by a Bonus Bet voucher is at least five dollars ($5). 
• The Bonus Bet voucher is valid for any wager with odds of -250 or longer (e.g. -200, +100, +500 qualify). A Free Bet voucher can be used on straight wagers or parlays. 
• The Bonus Bet voucher will only be awarded once. 
• Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right to void or refund any Bonus Bet or wager that does not comply with these requirements. 
• Customer cash is not required to be used in order to place a wager with a Bonus Bet voucher. 
• The Bonus Bet voucher amount is not withdrawable, but the winnings derived from the Free Bet voucher are withdrawable. 
• When a Bonus Bet voucher is part of a winning wager, the value of the Free Bet voucher is NOT included in the winnings. 
• All Bonus Bet vouchers earned through this Promotion will be awarded on December 23, 2025. 
• All Bonus Bet vouchers awarded through this Promotion will expire on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Nevada Time. 

OTHER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• At its sole discretion Boomer’s Sportsbook may end this promotion at any time. 
• At its sole discretion Boomer’s Sportsbook may close any account for any legally permissible reason. 
• Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Boomer’s Sportsbook, may have their bonus voucher(s) voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their Boomer’s Sportsbook account closed. 
• Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Boomer’s Sportsbook shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Boomer’s Sportsbook deems necessary or desirable under applicable laws or regulations. 
• Except as prohibited by law, Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend promotions at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval. If Boomer’s Sportsbook determines, in its sole discretion, that a promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Boomer’s Sportsbook which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of a promotion. 
• Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boomer’s Sportsbook, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in promotions. 
• By participating in promotions, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Boomer’s Sportsbook and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; (b) to defend and indemnify Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from promotions; and (c) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Boomer’s Sportsbook, which are binding and final. 
• Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in promotions; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in promotions; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of promotions; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of promotions or the processing of entries; (v) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry or other materials; (vi) any printing, typographical, human, administrative, or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with promotions; (vii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses, or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participating in, accessing, or downloading information related to promotions) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in promotions or any related activity; (viii) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (ix) any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
• Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Boomer’s Sportsbook’s Privacy Policy.

• Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. 
• Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Boomer’s Sportsbook management and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. If the participant is not satisfied with the results of Boomer’s Sportsbook’s decision, the participant has the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
