Refer a Friend Official Terms and Conditions (“Rules”)

Promotion Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (NV Time) on Thursday, September 18, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (NV Time) on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. The “Refer a Friend” shall be referred to as “Offer” throughout these Rules.

Overview: This Offer allows registered Boomer’s Sportsbook users (“Referrers”) to earn a $50 Bonus Bet voucher when a new user (“Referred customer”) registers using the Referrers referral code and places qualifying wagers of $50 or more, as described more fully below. 

Eligibility:

1. The Referrer must be a registered and verified Boomer’s Sportsbook mobile account holder.
2. The Referrer’s account must be in good standing at the time the Bonus Bet voucher is awarded.
3. Each Referrer may earn Bonus Bet vouchers for up to five (5) Referred customers.
4. The Referred customer must be a new user who has not previously registered with Boomer’s Sportsbook.
5. A referred customer must complete in-person verification at a Boomer’s Sportsbook location to activate their account.

How to Refer:

1. Log in to your Boomer’s Sportsbook account.
2. Navigate to the “Refer a Friend” section (My Profile -> Promotions -> Refer a Friend) and copy your unique referral code.
3. Share your referral code with friends.
4. The Referred customer must enter the referral code when creating their account in the Boomer’s Sportsbook app.

Additionally, the Referred may use the code at a Boomer’s Sportsbook location by supplying it on the Mobile Account Registration Form. 

How the Offer Works:

1. A Referred customer must place two (2) wagers of $50 or more with odds of -200 or less within 14 days of registration. Once the qualifying wagers are placed, the Referrer will receive a $50 Bonus Bet voucher.
   1. Ex: A wager with -300 odds is not considered a qualifying wager, however, a wager with -110 odds or any odds even money or better would qualify.
      1. If the Referred customer does not place two (2) wagers of $50 or more within 14 days of registration, a bonus bet voucher will not be awarded to the Referrer.

2. Bonus Bet vouchers will be credited to the Referrer’s account within 48 hours after the Referred customer’s qualifying wagers.
3. Referrers can receive up to five (5) Bonus Bet vouchers ($250 total value).

Additional Rules:

1. To use the Bonus Bet voucher, place a minimum wager of $50. The bonus bet voucher will cover $50.  You may place a wager larger than $50, however, the bonus bet voucher will only cover $50. 
2. The Bonus Bet voucher is valid on any sporting event(s) offered in the App with odds of -200 or less. Bonus Bet vouchers can be used on straight wagers or parlays.
   1. Ex: A wager with -300 odds will not be eligible to use the Bonus Bet voucher, however, a wager with -110 odds or any odds even money or better would qualify to use the Bonus Bet voucher.
3. Bonus Bet vouchers must be used within 14 days of being issued to your Account, after which the Bonus Bet voucher will expire and be removed from your Account.
4. Bonus Bet vouchers are not withdrawable, but winnings derived from Bonus Bet vouchers are.
5. When a Bonus Bet voucher is part of a winning wager, the value of the Bonus Bet voucher is NOT included in the winnings.
6. The Refer a Friend promotion can be combined with any public sign-up offer, such as the First Time Deposit Bonus.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Boomer’s Sportsbook may end this promotion at any time in its discretion.
2. All references to sums of money are in United States Dollars.
3. Boomer’s Sportsbook may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misconduct, whether or not related to any promotion.
4. Boomer’s Sportsbook retains the right to disqualify any accountholder engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at Boomer’s Sportsbook’s sole discretion.
5. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Boomer’s Sportsbook, may have their bonus voucher(s) voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their Boomer’s Sportsbook account permanently locked.
6. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Boomer’s Sportsbook shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Boomer’s Sportsbook deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
7. Except as prohibited by law, Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend Promotions at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval. If Boomer’s Sportsbook determines, in its sole discretion, that a promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Boomer’s Sportsbook which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of a promotion.
8. Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boomer’s Sportsbook, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in Promotions.
9. By participating in Promotions, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Boomer’s Sportsbook and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; (b) to defend and indemnify Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from Promotions; and (d) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Boomer’s Sportsbook, which are binding and final.
10. Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Promotions; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in Promotions; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of Promotions; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of Promotions or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative, or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with Promotions; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses, or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participating in, accessing, or downloading information related to Promotions) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in Promotions or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
11. Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Boomer’s Sportsbook Privacy Policy.

13. Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
14. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Boomer’s Sportsbook Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants. If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Boomer’s Sportsbook’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
