Boomer’s Sportsbook Service Industry Bonus Official Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) – No Opt In Required
HOW TO QUALIFY:
- Be 21+ and physically located in Nevada;
- Register and verify a new Boomer’s Sportsbook account;
- Make a first qualifying deposit of at least $50
- Present a valid Service Industry ID at sign-up or email it to support@betwithboomer.com
- Note: If a Boomer’s Sportsbook Employee is not available when the customer verifies their account at a Boomer’s Sportsbook location, they may email a picture of their Service Industry ID to Boomer’s Customer Support at support@betwithboomer.com and then continue verifying their account. The customer does NOT have to wait for a response from Boomer’s Customer Support.
PROMOTION OVERVIEW:
The Service Industry Bonus allows new customers to receive an additional fifty dollars ($50) in Bonus Bets, when they (a) make their first qualifying deposit of at least fifty dollars ($50), and (b) present a valid Service Industry ID at sign-up. Service Industry members qualify for both the standard First Deposit Match AND the additional Service Industry Bonus. The First Deposit Match provides Bonus Bets equal to the customer’s first qualifying deposit, up to $250.
HOW THE OFFER WORKS:
Example 1: a $50 first deposit with valid Service Industry ID yields $100 in Bonus Bets total. The customer receives the $50 First Deposit Match + the $50 Service Industry Bonus.
Example 2: a $250 first deposit with valid Service Industry ID yields $300 in Bonus Bets total. The customer receives the $250 First Deposit Match + the $50 Service Industry Bonus.
Example 3: a $1,000 first deposit with valid Service Industry ID still yields $300 in Bonus Bets total. The customer receives the maximum $250 First Deposit Match + the $50 Service Industry Bonus.
ELIGIBILITY:
This promotion is only open to customers who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and physically located in Nevada at the time of participation. Customers must complete account verification with a valid government-issued photo ID. To qualify for the additional Service Industry Bonus, the customer must (i) make a first qualifying deposit of at least fifty dollars ($50) and (ii) present a valid Service Industry ID to a Boomer’s Sportsbook employee at sign-up. The customer may also email a picture of their Service Industry ID to Boomer’s Customer Support at support@betwithboomer.com.
SERVICE INDUSTRY BONUS BET RULES:
- The Bonus Bet spends at 100%, meaning it requires NO real money to use; it is for one-time use, and it cannot be divided across multiple wagers.
- The Bonus Bet is valid on ANY sport.
- The Bonus Bet is good for 30 days, after which the Bonus Bet will expire and be removed from your account.
- The Bonus Bet is valid on any wager with odds of -250 or longer (e.g. -200, +100, +500 qualify). A Bonus Bet can be used on straight wagers or parlays.
- The Bonus Bet amount is not withdrawable, but the winnings derived from the Bonus Bet are withdrawable.
- When a Bonus Bet is part of a winning wager, the value of the Bonus Bet is NOT included in the winnings.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
- At its sole discretion Boomer’s Sportsbook may end this promotion at any time.
- At its sole discretion Boomer’s Sportsbook may close any account for any legally permissible reason.
- Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Boomer’s Sportsbook, may have their bonus (s) voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their Boomer’s Sportsbook account closed.
- Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Boomer’s Sportsbook shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Boomer’s Sportsbook deems necessary or desirable under applicable laws or regulations.
- Except as prohibited by law, Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend promotions at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval. If Boomer’s Sportsbook determines, in its sole discretion, that a promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Boomer’s Sportsbook which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of a promotion.
- Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boomer’s Sportsbook, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in promotions.
- By participating in promotions, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Boomer’s Sportsbook and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; (b) to defend and indemnify Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from promotions; and (c) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Boomer’s Sportsbook, which are binding and final.
- Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in promotions; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in promotions; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of promotions; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of promotions or the processing of entries; (v) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry or other materials; (vi) any printing, typographical, human, administrative, or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with promotions; (vii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses, or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participating in, accessing, or downloading information related to promotions) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in promotions or any related activity; (viii) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (ix) any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
- Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Boomer’s Sportsbook’s Privacy Policy.

- Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Boomer’s Sportsbook management and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. If the participant is not satisfied with the results of Boomer’s Sportsbook’s decision, the participant has the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
