BOOMER’S SPORTSBOOK – VEGAS HOCKEY GAME TICKETS

OFFICIAL PROMOTIONAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible, all participants must be 21 years of age or older.
2. By entering participants agree to abide by Boomer’s Sportsbook’s Official Promotional Rules, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes to or cancel the Promotion at any time. Other restrictions may apply.
4. Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right to disqualify any participant based upon fraud, misuse of the mobile app, violation of these Official Promotional Rules, or any other conduct deemed by Boomer’s Sportsbook to be inconsistent with fair play.

PROMOTION PERIOD 

The Promotion begins on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. and ends on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (“Promotion Period”). All times referred to throughout these Official Promotional Rules are in Nevada Time.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Participants must opt-in via the promotions tab in “my profile” within the Boomer’s Sportsbook Mobile App.
2. Wagers placed before registering will not qualify.
3. Participants will earn one (1) entry per day into the promotion by placing a qualifying wager of twenty-five ($25) or more on any sport using the Boomer’s Sportsbook Mobile App, during the Promotion Period.
4. A qualifying wager must have odds of -250 or higher to qualify.
5. Wagers placed using free bets, bonus funds, or reward points do not qualify as eligible entries.
6. Participants are limited to one (1) qualifying entry per day but may accumulate additional entries for qualifying wagers placed on separate days. For example:
   1. A twenty-five ($25) wager on October 23, 2025 = one (1) entry
   2. A one hundred ($100) wager on October 24, 2025 = one (1) entry
   3. This would be a cumulative total of two (2) entries
7. No promotional code is required.

PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

• Two (2) tickets to a VGK hockey game, of the winner’s choice, subject to availability and occurring between November 18, 2025, and April 1, 2026.

WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Monday, November 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. The winner will be notified by phone and email. If the selected winner does not respond to Boomer’s Sportsbook within seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. The winner’s name may be publicly announced on Boomer’s Sportsbook’s social media platforms and/or website.

OTHER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This offer is non-transferable, may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, and has no cash value.
2. Eligibility for the Promotion will be verified.
3. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. Participants agree to allow Boomer’s Sportsbook the unconditional use of their name, image, and likeness for promotions, advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice, review, or consent.
5. Participants are responsible for payment of any and all taxes, as applicable.
6. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this Promotion lie solely with Boomer’s Sportsbook, whose decisions are final.
7. Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to lost entries, connection problems, or system malfunctions.
8. Any dispute regarding the Promotion, including eligibility or winner selection, shall be resolved by Boomer’s Sportsbook management, and such decisions are final and binding. If a dispute is not resolved to a participant’s satisfaction, the participant may contact the Nevada Gaming Control Board for further review
