Buzzer Beating Official Terms and Conditions (“Rules”)
The Promotion Period begins on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 (First Four games) and ends on Monday, April 6, 2026 at the conclusion of the Men’s NCAA Division 1 Championship Game. The “Buzzer Beater Insurance” promotion shall be referred to as “Offer” throughout these Rules.
Overview:
This Offer allows Account holders to receive a Bonus Bet equal to 100% of their pregame moneyline wager amount (up to $25) when the team wagered on loses due to a Buzzer Beater in a Men’s NCAA Division 1 Tournament game. Only straight wagers qualify for Buzzer Beater Insurance. The Bonus Bet is awarded within 24 hours of the conclusion of the game.
Definition of Buzzer Beater:
A “Buzzer Beater” is defined as a go-ahead field goal that is scored when there is one second or less remaining on the game clock at the end of the last period of play (either end of second half or overtime). The field goal must result in the scoring team taking the lead and winning the game.
Eligibility:
- The Account must be in good standing when the Bonus Bet is awarded.
- To be eligible for this Offer, the Account holder must place a pregame moneyline straight wager on a Men’s NCAA Division 1 Tournament game.
- The team must lose the game due to a Buzzer Beater (a field goal scored with one second or less remaining at the end of the last period of play).
How to Participate:
- Place a pregame moneyline wager of any amount on a Men’s NCAA Division 1 Tournament game.
- If the team wagered on loses due to a Buzzer Beater, a Bonus Bet (up to $25) will be awarded within 24 hours.
How the Offer Works:
- After the team loses on a Buzzer Beater, the Account holder will receive a Bonus Bet equal to 100% of their moneyline straight wager amount, up to $25 (i.e. place a $25 moneyline wager to receive the $25 Bonus Bet; place a $50 wager to receive the $25 maximum Bonus Bet).
Additional Rules:
- The Bonus Bet is for one-time use and cannot be divided across multiple wagers.
- The Bonus Bet is valid on ANY sport and ANY bet type.
- The Bonus Bet is good for 7 days, after which the Bonus Bet will expire and be removed from your Account.
- The Bonus Bet is valid on any wager with odds of -250 or longer (e.g. -200, +100, +500 qualify). A Bonus Bet can be used on straight wagers or parlays.
- The Bonus Bet amount is not withdrawable, but the winnings derived from the Bonus Bet are withdrawable.
- When a Bonus Bet is part of a winning wager, the value of the Bonus Bet is NOT included in the winnings.
- Games must be played to official completion. Postponed, cancelled, or voided games do not qualify.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
- At its sole discretion Boomer’s Sportsbook may end this promotion at any time.
- At its sole discretion Boomer’s Sportsbook may close any account for any legally permissible reason.
- Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Boomer’s Sportsbook, may have their bonus (s) voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their Boomer’s Sportsbook account closed.
- Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Boomer’s Sportsbook shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Boomer’s Sportsbook deems necessary or desirable under applicable laws or regulations.
- Except as prohibited by law, Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend promotions at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval. If Boomer’s Sportsbook determines, in its sole discretion, that a promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Boomer’s Sportsbook which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of a promotion.
- Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boomer’s Sportsbook, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in promotions.
- By participating in promotions, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Boomer’s Sportsbook and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; (b) to defend and indemnify Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from promotions; and (c) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Boomer’s Sportsbook, which are binding and final.
- Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in promotions; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in promotions; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of promotions; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of promotions or the processing of entries; (v) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry or other materials; (vi) any printing, typographical, human, administrative, or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with promotions; (vii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses, or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participating in, accessing, or downloading information related to promotions) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in promotions or any related activity; (viii) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (ix) any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
- Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Boomer’s Sportsbook’s Privacy Policy.

- Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Boomer’s Sportsbook management and that decision shall be final and binding on all participants. If the participant is not satisfied with the results of Boomer’s Sportsbook’s decision, the participant has the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
