How do I download the Boomer's Sportsbook mobile app?
You can download the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Just search for Boomer’s Sportsbook and install it on your mobile device.
How do I create an account?
Open the app and tap Join/Login in the upper right corner. Provide your personal information, including:
- First and Last Name
- Last 4 of your SSN
- Date of Birth
- First line of your address
You can also scan the barcode on the back of your Driver’s License to pre-fill the form.
What information do I need to sign up?
You’ll need to enter:
- Email address
- Username (your choice)
- Password (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, number, and special character)
- Mobile number
- Promo code (optional)
How do I verify my account?
Per Nevada gaming regulations, you must visit a Boomer’s Sportsbook location here to complete account verification and start playing! Once you arrive at the sports book, log into the app to complete the verification steps. If you have trouble, please see a ticket writer for assistance with completing your signup.
How long does the verification process take?
It typically takes about 2 minutes for our Customer Support team to review your documents. You can tap Refresh My Status in the app to check progress.
Why do I need to visit a Boomer's Sportsbook Location to verify my account?
For security and regulatory reasons, you must confirm your identity in person at a Boomer’s Sportsbook location in Nevada. When you arrive, tap Start Verification in the app to begin the process.

What is selfie verification and why is it required?
You’ll be asked to:
- Take a selfie (remove hats and sunglasses)
- Upload the front and back of your Driver’s License
This step helps us confirm your identity and prevent fraud.
What happens once I’m verified?
Once you receive the message that your account is fully verified:
- You can deposit funds into your account
- You can start placing bets right away.
How do I change my address?
Send an email to support@betwithboomer.com from the email attached to your wagering account with a photo of your ID and the new address you would like to use on your account. Your address will be updated within 24 hours.
How do I change my phone number?
Send an email to support@betwithboomer.com from the email attached to your wagering account with a photo of your ID and the new phone number you would like to use on your account. Your phone number will be updated within 24 hours.
How do I change my email address?
Send an email to support@betwithboomer.com with a selfie holding your ID and the new email address you would like to use on your account. Your email address will be updated within 24 hours.
What is the Bluetooth verification step?
The app uses a verification beacon inside our sportsbooks to confirm that you are physically present in Nevada. When prompted, allow the app to connect via Bluetooth. Look for the green “Location Verified” banner to confirm success.
What should I do if the app isn’t locating me at the sportsbook?
If you’re at a Boomer’s Sportsbook and the app isn’t detecting your location:
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and enabled for the app
- Try turning off Wi-Fi
- Close the app and reopen it
- If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the app
If you still can’t be located, you can complete registration with a paper form at the sportsbook counter.
I accidentally exited the registration process. How do I get back to it?
Open the app and tap the My Profile icon at the bottom right. Tap the red icon above your name.
A pop-up will appear—click “here” and you’ll be taken back to the registration screen.
My camera isn’t working when I try to take a selfie or upload ID photos. What can I do?
If your device’s camera isn’t working or you can’t upload photos, you can finish registration with a paper application at the sportsbook counter.
Can I still sign up if I haven’t downloaded the app or can’t complete registration on my phone?
Yes! You can complete a paper application at the sportsbook counter, and our Customer Support team will manually set up your account for you.
What if I notice a typo in my account information?
Contact Customer Support for assistance if
- You’re at a sportsbook in person, staff can help verify your identity and request corrections.
- You’re not in person, you can email support@betwithboomer.com along with a photo of your ID to request changes.
I forgot my password and the reset link isn’t working. What should I do?
If the “Forgot Password” link doesn’t work, contact Customer Support. They can send you a new reset link to your email or manually update your password for you.
How can I deposit into my mobile account?
Once your account is verified, you can deposit funds in your account with cash at the sports book counter or kiosk. You can also deposit with cash at local retailers using PayNearMe.
