Boomer’s Sports Book (“we”, “us”, or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information collection, use, sharing, and related practices applicable to Services provided by Boomer’s Sports Book. Changes To This Policy. This Policy may be revised from time to time, in which case Boomer’s Sports Book will notify you as required by applicable law. 

By using Boomer’s Sports Book Services, you consent to receive text/SMS messages (including advertisements); data, emails, and information sent through other data channels; pay carrier data, messaging, and other fees resulting from your usage of the Services; and the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and storage of your personal and non-personal Information (including location information related to your wireless device) as described in this Policy. You may opt-out of receiving promotional texts at any time by replying STOP to a message or by updating your communication preferences in your account settings.
