Boomer’s Sportsbook – “Boomer’s Big Game Giveaway” Official Promotional Rules

ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible, all participants must be 21 years of age or older.
2. By entering, participants agree to abide by Boomer’s Sportsbook’s Official Promotional Rules, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion Period begins on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 3:00 a.m., and will conclude on January 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (the “Promotion Period”). All times referred to throughout these Official Promotional Rules are in Nevada Time. Winners will be announced on January 26, 2026.

OVERVIEW

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants can earn entries into the Boomer’s Big Game Giveaway. Entries may be earned through daily wagering activity, new customer sign-ups, and eligible referrals, subject to the limitations set forth below.

HOW TO ENTER

New Customers

1. New customers may participate by signing up for a Boomer’s Sportsbook account, completing account verification, AND making a qualifying deposit of at least twenty-six dollars ($26) during the Promotion Period.
2. Upon meeting these requirements, new customers will receive five (5) giveaway entries.
3. No opt-in is required to receive new customer giveaway entries; To continue receiving entries, new customers must opt in to earn existing customer giveaway entries as described below.

Existing Customers

1. Existing customers must opt-in to participate in this promotion via the Promotions tab in “My Profile” within the Boomer’s Sportsbook Mobile App.
2. Eligible participants may earn one (1) Giveaway entry per day by placing a qualifying wager of twenty-six dollars ($26) or more during the Promotion Period.
3. No promotional code is required.

QUALIFYING WAGER

1. A Qualifying Wager is a single wager OR multiple wagers that total at least twenty-six ($26) dollars cumulatively in a day.
2. Any wagers placed using free bets, bonus bets, or rewards points will NOT qualify.
3. Wagers must be placed and settled within the Promotion Period to qualify; voided and cancelled wagers will not count toward entry eligibility.
4. Participants are limited to one (1) qualifying entry per day but may accumulate additional entries for qualifying wagers placed on separate days. For example:

A twenty-six ($26) wager on January 6, 2026, = one (1) entry

A one hundred ($100) wager on January 7, 2026, = one (1) entry

This would be a cumulative total of two (2) entries.

ADDITIONAL ENTRY OPPORTUNITIES

Existing Customers – Refer a Friend

1. Existing customers may earn five (5) additional giveaway entries for each friend they successfully refer during the Promotion Period.
2. To qualify, the referred friend must sign up using a valid “Refer a Friend” code, complete account verification, AND make a qualifying deposit of at least twenty-six dollars ($26).
3. Each existing customer may refer up to five (5) friends, for a maximum of twenty-five (25) referral entries total.

WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT

Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on Monday, January 26, 2026. The winners will be notified via phone and email. If the selected prize winners do not respond to Boomer’s Sportsbook within two (2) days, the prize will be forfeited. The winners’ names may be publicly announced on Boomer’s Sportsbook’s social media platforms and/or website.

PRIZES

1. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in accordance with these Rules. The Grand Prize winner will receive:
   1. Two (2) tickets to the Big Game on Sunday, February 8, 2026, in Santa Clara, California (estimated value of $4,500 per ticket);
   2. Two (2) nights hotel stay, on Sunday February 8, 2026, at a location to be determined by sponsor (estimated value of $1000); and
   3. Round trip airfare for two (2) (estimated value of $800 for entire airfare).
2. SECOND AND THIRD PLACE PRIZE: One (1) Second Place winner and one (1) Third Place winner will be randomly selected. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to a Big Game viewing party hosted by a Boomer’s Sportsbook partner property.
3. Big Game viewing parties will be held at Ellis Island Casino in Las Vegas, Ojos Locos Sports Cantina y Casino in North Las Vegas, and Casino Fandango in Carson City on Sunday, February 8, 2026.
4. All tickets and prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged.
5. Winners must be eligible and in good standing at the time prizes are awarded.

OTHER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. At its sole discretion, Boomer’s Sportsbook may end this Promotion at any time.
2. At its sole discretion, Boomer’s Sportsbook may close any account for any legally permissible reason.
3. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Boomer’s Sportsbook, may have entries voided, prizes withheld, be excluded from future promotions, and/or have their Boomer’s Sportsbook account closed.
4. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, expenses, costs, or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any prize awarded.
5. Except as prohibited by law, Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule, or suspend this Promotion at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval.
6. Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for technical failures, transmission errors, venue changes, event cancellations, or other issues beyond its control that may affect participation, entry tracking, or prize fulfillment.
7. By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Boomer’s Sportsbook and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in this Promotion.
8. Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Boomer’s Sportsbook’s Privacy Policy.

10. Any disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules will be resolved by Boomer’s Sportsbook management, whose decision shall be final and binding. Participants may seek resolution through the Nevada Gaming Control Board if dissatisfied.
