Boomer’s Rewards Official Terms and Conditions (“Rules”)

Boomer’s Rewards begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (NV Time) on Thursday, September 25, 2025. 

Overview: Boomer’s Rewards (“Program”) is the loyalty program offered by Boomer’s Sportsbook (“Boomer’s”) to reward eligible players for their wagering activity. Participation in the Program is voluntary, and by participating, you agree to these Rules. 

Eligibility: 

1. Membership in the Program is free. 
2. The user must be a verified Boomer’s Sportsbook mobile account holder to join the Program. 
3. The user’s account must be in good standing at the time the Bonus Bet voucher is awarded. 

How to Earn Rewards Points: 

1. “Opt In” to the Program on the Boomer’s Sportsbook App by clicking on My Profile -> Promotions -> Pick & Claim Promotions -> Boomer’s Rewards. (Click “Claim”). 
2. After opting in, place and settle wagers with Boomer’s Sportsbook. You will receive points for the following activities: 
   1. One (1) reward point for every $1 on straight sports wagers & parlays with odds of -1000 to +250. 
   2. Two (2) reward points for every $1 on parlays with odds of +251 to +500.  
   3. Three (3) reward points for every $1 on parlays with odds of +501 to +1000. 
   4. Four (4) reward points for every $1 on parlays with odds of +1001 to +2000. 
   5. Five (5) reward points for every $1 on parlays with odds of +2001 to +4000. 
   6. Six (6) reward points for every $1 on parlays with odds of +4001 or greater. 

How to Redeem Rewards: 

1. Reward points will be redeemed for 100% Bonus Bet vouchers at the end of the month at a rate of 1,000 reward points to $1 Bonus Bet voucher. A minimum of 1,000 reward points is required to qualify, and a maximum of 500,000 reward points may be earned during a month. 
   1.  Note: The “initial reward month” will span from 12:00:00 a.m. (NV Time) on Thursday, September 24, 2025, to 11:59:59 p.m. (NV time) on Friday, October 31, 2025. 
2. Qualifying Wager(s) must have odds of -10,000 or less (e.g., -11,000 does not qualify).   
   1. Note: only parlay odds of -1,000 or longer will qualify to earn reward points. 
3. Bets must be placed and settled during the month to earn the reward points.  
4. Any Reward points earned during a given month WILL NOT carry over to another month. 
5. The Bonus Bet voucher will be credited within five (5) days after the month concludes. 

Additional Rules: 

1. The Bonus Bet voucher is issued as a 100% Bonus Bet voucher. 
2. Bonus Bet vouchers must be used on markets with odds of -250 or less (e.g., -250, +100, +500 are eligible). 
3. The Bonus Bet voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.  
4. The Bonus Bet voucher will only be awarded one time. 
5. The Bonus Bet voucher is not withdrawable, but winnings derived from Bonus Bet vouchers are. 
6. When a Bonus Bet voucher is part of a winning wager, the value of the Bonus Bet voucher is NOT included in the winnings. 

Terms & Conditions: 

1. Boomer’s Sportsbook may end this promotion at any time in its discretion. 
2. Boomer’s Sportsbook may close any account in its discretion for any legally permissible reason.  
3. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Boomer’s Sportsbook, may have their Bonus Bet voucher(s) voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their Boomer’s Sportsbook account closed.  
4. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Boomer’s Sportsbook shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Boomer’s Sportsbook deems necessary or desirable under applicable laws or regulations. 
5. Except as prohibited by law, Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend Promotions at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval. If Boomer’s Sportsbook determines, in its sole discretion, that a promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Boomer’s Sportsbook which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of a promotion. 
6. Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boomer’s Sportsbook, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in Promotions. 
7. By participating in Promotions, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Boomer’s Sportsbook and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; (b) to defend and indemnify Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from Promotions; and (c) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Boomer’s Sportsbook, which are binding and final. 
8. Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Promotions; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in Promotions; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of Promotions; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of Promotions or the processing of entries;  (v) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry or other materials; (vi) any printing, typographical, human, administrative, or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with Promotions; (vii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses, or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participating in, accessing, or downloading information related to Promotions) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in Promotions or any related activity; (viii) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (iv) any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons. 
9. Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Boomer’s Sportsbook Privacy Policy.

11. Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. 
12. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Boomer’s Sportsbook Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants.  If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Boomer’s Sportsbook’s decision, the Participant has the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
