Step 2

To create an account, tap Join/Login in the upper right corner of the homepage.

Tap “Sign Up” to begin setting up your account.

Enter the following information:

• Email
• Username (you decide)
• Password (you decide)
  • Must be 8 characters, one upper case, one lowercase, one number and one special character (like @, &, #).
• Mobile Number
• Promo Code (optional)

Tap “Continue”

Step 3

Scan your Driver’s License barcode on the back to prefill the information or enter it manually.

The following information needs to be provided:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Last 4 of SSN
• Date of Birth
• First Line of your Address

If the address doesn’t populate, tap “Enter Address Manually” to enter the
full address.

Then tap “Continue”.

By tapping “Create My Account”, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Step 4

Next, a pop-up will appear asking for permission that Boomer’s Sportsbook find your Bluetooth devices.

Tap “Allow” so we can locate you with our verification beacon set up at the sportsbook.

When selecting “Yes, Please” to receive Push Notifications you will be notified about your account, wagers, upcoming promotions and important information.

Step 5

To complete verification, head to a Boomer’s Sportsbook location near you.

When you get close to the counter, tap “Start Verification” to continue as we now need to confirm you’re connected to our verification beacon.

Look for the green “Location Verified” banner, this lets you know we’ve confirmed your location.

To submit your application for a mobile account, tap “Start Verification”.

Step 6

When you see “Checking Location – Please wait,” your phone is connecting to the verification beacon.

Do not exit the app during this process or the connection will fail.

If the connection fails, try again.

Look for the green “Location Verified” banner. This means your phone has connected to the verification beacon and you can continue with the registration process.

Step 7

Then, click “Start Selfie Verification”.

You’ll be asked to take a selfie and upload photos of the front and back of your driver’s license.

When taking a selfie, please remove hat and sunglasses for this photo.

Step 8

Once you submit your photos, you’ll see the “Upload in Progress” screen.

Please do not exit the app while your photos are uploading.

This screen confirms that the photos were successfully uploaded.

Step 9

This is the screen you’ll see while our customer service team reviews your account.

You can tap “Refresh My Status” to check for updates.

It can take about 2 minutes to verify your account.

Once your account has been fully verified by Customer Support, you’ll receive this message.

You may now begin depositing funds and placing bets!
