Boomer’s Sportsbook First Deposit Match Official Terms and Conditions (“Rules”)

Promotion Period begins on 12:00 a.m. (NV Time) on Friday, August 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (NV Time) on Saturday, February 28, 2026. The Boomer’s Sportsbook “First Deposit Match” promotion shall be referred to as “Offer” throughout these Rules.

Overview: This Offer allows new Account holders to receive a matching deposit bonus in Bonus Bet vouchers, as described more fully below.

Eligibility:

1. To be eligible for this Offer, you must Create a new Account and make a first deposit during the Promotion Period.
2. The Account must be in good standing when the Bonus Bet voucher is awarded.

How to Participate:

1. New Account Sign Up’s: You will need to download the Boomer’s Sportsbook app and create a new Account by following the below steps:
   1. Click on the ‘Join Now’ button.
   2. Complete the required fields in the ‘Create Your Account’ screen(s) and click on the ‘Create Account’ button.
   3. Visit a Boomer’s Sportsbook location and follow the prompts in the Boomer’s Sportsbook app to finish the verification process. Additionally, you may create a new Account in-person at a Boomer’s Sportsbook location by filling out the Mobile Account Registration Form.
2. Next, you will need to make a real money deposit into your Account by following the below steps:
   1. Once logged in to your Account, navigate to the ‘My Profile’ tab.
   2. Click on the ‘Deposit’ button to navigate to the ‘Cashier’ screen.
   3. Choose how you would like to make your first deposit by clicking on one of the available options and following the steps to complete the deposit. Alternatively, you may make a first deposit in Cash at a Boomer’s Sportsbook location.
3. The minimum deposit amount that will qualify for this Offer is $20.00. There is no maximum amount you can deposit into your Account; however, you will only receive up to $250.00 in Bonus Bet voucher.
   1. Example 1: If you make a deposit of $19.00 or less, you will not be eligible to receive the Bonus Bet voucher as the deposit amount is below the required minimum of $20.00.
   2. Example 2: If you make a deposit of $20.00 or more, you will be eligible to receive the Bonus Bet voucher as you meet the $20.00 minimum deposit amount.
   3. Example 3: If you make a deposit larger than $250.00, you will be eligible to receive the maximum Bonus Bet voucher amount of $250.00.

How the Offer Works:

1. First deposits will only qualify once funds are deposited into your Boomer’s Sportsbook wagering Account.
2. Wagers are not required to receive a Bonus Bet voucher.
3. After you have made your first eligible deposit, you will receive a Bonus Bet voucher in the amount of your first deposit, up to $250.00.
4. New Accounts must be created during the Promotion Period to be eligible for this Offer.
5. First deposits made outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible for this Offer.
6. The minimum Bonus Bet voucher you can receive is $20.00 and the maximum is $250.00.

Additional Rules:

1. The Bonus Bet voucher will be issued as a 75/25 split, meaning the Bonus Bet voucher will be applied to wagers at 25% of the wager amount, with the remaining wager balance needing to be covered by real money.
   1. Example: If you receive a $100.00 Bonus Bet voucher and place a $100.00 wager, only $25.00 of the Bonus Bet voucher will be applied to the wager (e.g., a $100.00 Bonus Bet voucher will require you to play through a total of $400.00 to redeem the full Bonus Bet voucher amount).
2. The Bonus Bet voucher is valid on any sporting event(s) offered on the App with odds of -250 or less. A Bonus Bet voucher can be used on straight wagers or parlays.
   1. Example: A wager with -300 odds will not be eligible to use the Bonus Bet voucher, however, a wager with -110 odds or any odds even money or better would qualify to use the Bonus Bet voucher.
3. The Bonus Bet voucher must be used within 30 days of being issued to your Account, after which the Bonus Bet voucher will expire and be removed from your Account.
4. A First Deposit Match bonus will only be awarded one time and only to mobile Account holders.
   1. First time retail wagers DO NOT QUALIFY.

Additional Terms & Conditions:

1. Boomer’s Sportsbook may end this promotion at any time in its discretion.
2. All references to sums of money are in United States Dollars.
3. Boomer’s Sportsbook may disqualify any person for fraud, dishonesty, violation of these terms and conditions, or any other misconduct, whether or not related to any promotion.
4. Boomer’s Sportsbook retains the right to disqualify any accountholder engaging in any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike as determined at Boomer’s Sportsbook’s sole discretion.
5. Participants who engage in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or other inappropriate play, as determined solely by Boomer’s Sportsbook, may have their bonus voucher(s) voided, winnings voided or withheld, be excluded from future promotional offerings, and/or have their Boomer’s Sportsbook account permanently locked.
6. Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of any award hereunder. Boomer’s Sportsbook shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings from winnings that Boomer’s Sportsbook deems necessary or desirable under applicable tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
7. Except as prohibited by law, Boomer’s Sportsbook reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, reschedule or suspend Promotions at any time, subject to any required regulatory approval. If Boomer’s Sportsbook determines, in its sole discretion, that a promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond the control of Boomer’s Sportsbook which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of a promotion.
8. Boomer’s Sportsbook is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or illegible entries; electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures or malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable connections; fraud; incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Boomer’s Sportsbook, users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent a person’s ability to participate in Promotions.
9. By participating in Promotions, you agree on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, and administrators (a) to release and hold harmless, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Boomer’s Sportsbook and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “Parties”) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the promotion; (b) to defend and indemnify Parties from any and all claims or liability resulting or arising from Promotions; and (d) to be bound by these terms and conditions and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the promotion itself, and to be bound by all decisions of Boomer’s Sportsbook, which are binding and final.
10. Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in Promotions; (ii) technical, hardware, software, or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant’s ability to take part in Promotions; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of Promotions; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of Promotions or the processing of entries; (v) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen entries or notices (including winner notifications, if applicable); (vi) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entry or other materials; (vii) any printing, typographical, human, administrative, or technical errors or omissions in any material associated with Promotions; (viii) any injury, loss, costs, expenses, or damages to persons or property (including, but not limited to, damage to any computer system or mobile device related to participating in, accessing, or downloading information related to Promotions) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in Promotions or any related activity; (ix) any illegal activity by participant or anyone acting in concert with participant; and/or (x) any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions, or any act or omissions whatsoever by any persons.
11. Any personal information collected from you in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Boomer’s Sportsbook Privacy Policy.

13. Records related to the promotion will be retained for recordkeeping purposes in accordance with local legal and regulatory requirements.
14. Any questions or disputes concerning the interpretation of these rules or situations not covered by these rules will be resolved by Boomer’s Sportsbook Management and that decision shall be final and binding on all Participants. If the Participant is not satisfied with the results of Boomer’s Sportsbook’s decision, the Participant will have the option to seek resolution with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
