Boomer’s Sportsbook is expanding its footprint in Nevada, while Caesars is set to assume the operations of the Westgate SuperBook on Tuesday.
The Nevada Gaming Commission gave approval for Boomer’s to operate a sportsbook at the Baldini’s Sports Casino in Sparks in northern Nevada and the Longstreet Inn & Casino in the Amargosa Valley near and Death Valley. It also approved Caesars operating the Westgate SuperBook.
Boomer’s CEO Joe Asher said the plan at Baldini’s calls for opening this week after obtaining a local license. It will mark Boomer’s 15th property since launching a year ago.
Asher used the opportunity to announce Boomer’s new SuperBonus promotion for those who sign up with their app, an additional $100 in bonus bets on top of the prior $250 in bonus bets that customers get when they deposit $250 into a new account. He also said they plan to offer -105 on all NFL games again this season.
Baldini’s attempted to operate a sportsbook on their own, but it wasn’t feasible. Their partner, Zensports, left Nevada. It had William Hill at one time.
Las Vegas car dealer Jim Marsh owns the Longstreet Inn & Casino that marks the 16th Boomer’s property licensed.
There has never been a sportsbook at the Longstreet and with the approval, it will have one kiosk. There are no plans for an opening date at this time; a Nye County license must first be obtained. The nearest sportsbook is…..
