Boomer’s Sportsbook, Nevada’s only independent sportsbook operator, is expanding its footprint with the opening of a new retail sportsbook at Bonanza Casino. The Reno location is set to officially launch on February 13.
The partnership marks Boomer’s Sportsbook’s first location in Reno and its seventh sportsbook statewide, following successful launches in Elko, Las Vegas, Henderson, Carson City, North Las Vegas and Tonopah.
Founded by industry veteran Joe Asher, Boomer’s Sportsbook is known for its player-first philosophy, fair pricing and aggressive odds, offering an alternative to corporate-owned sportsbook operators across Nevada.
“We’re excited to partner with Bonanza Casino and bring Boomer’s Sportsbook to another iconic Nevada property,” said David Grolman, Senior Vice President of Sportsbook Operations at Boomer’s Sportsbook. “Bonanza Casino has a long-standing reputation as a community-focused destination, and this new location allows us to serve even more Nevada bettors with a premium retail and mobile experience.”
Bonanza Casino General Manager Ryan Sheltra said the partnership is a strong fit for the Reno property.
