Casino Fandango, Carson City’s premier gaming destination, is making Northern Nevada sports betting history. On September 1, 2025, the property will debut Boomer’s Sportsbook as its new partner, bringing Nevada’s only independent sportsbook operator to Carson City. A special ribbon-cutting and grand opening celebration will follow on Thursday, September 4, with Nevada Lt. Governor Stavros S. Anthony and Carson City Mayor Lori Bagwell expected to be in attendance.
This launch marks Boomer’s Sportsbook first venue in Northern Nevada, bringing a fresh, locally driven alternative to the market. Founded by industry leader Joe Asher, Boomer’s Sportsbook is dedicated to bringing Nevadans a unique betting experience backed by its player-first philosophy and fair pricing. The brand is quickly expanding after successful launches in Elko at The Commercial, in Las Vegas at Ellis Island, and in Henderson at Casino Valle Verde.
